Bringing you seven unique workouts, one for each day of the week, Wahlberg Week gives you an exclusive insight into Mark Wahlberg’s favorite ways to stay fit. Free to all non F45 members, it’s a chance to up your fitness game and experience F45’s life changing team training.

MEASURE PERFORMANCE
TRACK YOUR STATS AND GET RESULTS

Each Wahlberg Week workout incorporates intermittent overload training (IOT) and focuses on targeted muscle groups, such as legs, chest, triceps and abs. Participants will be able to record and track their stats and progress by downloading the F45 Challenge app and measure live performance metrics in-studio.
