Why did you sign up to the F45 Challenge?
Following the birth of my first child Boston in March, my diet and exercise deteriorated, as my time and energy were going towards my wife and newborn. 4 months later, life became a little easier and it was time to make a lifestyle change! I saw the F45 challenge as a great opportunity to start training and eating well again.
What kept you motivated throughout the 8 weeks?
My wife Gail also completed the challenge with me. Completing it together made us hold each other accountable. We would encourage each other and prep food together. I started seeing results pretty quickly, so the two of these things kept motivated.
What advice would you give to the next Challenger?
Stay strong! It’s tempting in social situations to fall off the wagon, but remind yourself that it’s only 8 weeks of your life! The results and the way you feel are worth it. The F45 process works!
What was your favourite thing about the F45 Challenge?
The trainers and other f45 members at the Woy Woy studio! There is always an awesome vibe in the gym, everyone pushes each other and the trainers are so supportive.
What part about the Challenge did you find most challenging and how did you push through it?
As I am a small business owner, the most challenging thing was managing my time to ensure I could get to F45 Woy Woy 7 days per week.
